Hey there!
Thank you for being here. Thank you for living your life the best way you can and for sharing bits and pieces of it with us.
I am Sandra — a mom of two, an online ESL teacher, content writer, a storyteller, and a poet.
I like to emphasize being a mom first, before any achievements I’ve had in this life.
I grew up as an overly sensitive child — every pain and disappointment I felt became a poem or a short story.
I remember being alone most of the time, staring at the horizon, questioning the Creator about so many things.
Though most of my questions remained unanswered, I began to appreciate the uncertainties.
After all, life is surprisingly exciting when you don’t know exactly what tomorrow will bring.
I’ll be turning 36 this year, and I’d say I’ve had my share of meaningful encounters with some of the most difficult phases of my life.
Everything Happens for a Reason
It’s funny how I used to hold onto this quote like a lifeline whenever life got messy growing up. I told myself, “There’s a reason behind the struggle. One day, I’ll understand why.”
