Bio

I am Shreya Badonia, from the heart of India. I call myself a modern polymath because I am curious and involved in a lot of things over the past few years.

My day job is as a marketing designer. But my passion lies in writing.
I am the author of two books (details in what I do section).

I am a curious human being trying to find some arduous questions about life and sharing them with the world. I create content around my philosophy of self-love, personal development, and ideas that I can’t stop thinking about.

My Story

When I was growing up, I was not this outspoken and this confident like I am today. I dealt with major self-esteem issues.

All my life, I struggled to accept myself and be comfortable with who I was.
I was constantly sabotaging myself and had poor self-esteem. It took me over a decade to know how my inner critic and self-sabotage was stealing away my happiness and how I was the captain responsible for my ship.
