First Things
I’ve been an Angeleno for, wow, 16+ years now, transplanted from the American South by way of the Connecticut years. :) And I’m a musician and writer since forever.
Music teacher and other impassioned pursuits since my 20s. Life coach since the turn of the century after some badass training. Coaching certification in 2015. Full-time biz owner since then.
And somehow the pandemic has just gotten me to Medium. Seems like a beautiful way to stick around home and be in creative community.
Deepest in Me
My primary passions spiral around human development. Because I say that’s our opportunity: to keep growing every day of our lives.
I’m all about soulful living. About the body/mind/spirit as a super-intelligent organism. And about satisfying self-expression as one key to healthy longevity.
Oh, and I serve a future vision of myself that has enticed and challenged me forever: a wise old woman with a long silver braid in soulful conversation with younger folks. Workin’ on it.
