The lion’s share of who I’ve become is the direct result of summer’s spent at the unofficial bible camp that doubled as my grandparent’s farm. Each year, our parents sent us south to convene with far flung cousin’s we barely knew. In retrospect, I realize how powerful their influence was on shaping the direction of my life.
