Our Harps Family. I’m not in this picture. The women are our daughters.

Where shall I begin or end? There’s no beginning or end. There’s just life with 8 billion people, trillions of microbes having sex on our skins and in our guts, and us being glued to a fast spinning planet.

Do you know our planet orbits around the sun with a speed of London-New York in 3 minutes? 67,100 km per hour. 30 km per second.

Whohoooh. That’s the most amazing rollercoaster… My cheeks go nuts even thinking about my guts…

Our task is to live adventurous lives, have jobs to create more health and climate resilience, and enjoy these times of relativity. Einstein. Everything is relative and interconnected.

Staying healthy & build climate resilience.

My work is about Blue Zones. Sciences measure them. The areas where people become 100+ without chronic diseases. Longevity. Officially, there are only 5 of those Blue Zones in the world.

But with our University ThinkDoTank Abundanism.com, we create Blue Zones in a local economy. Human health in a healthy environment. Rewilding soils, seas, souls, and systems.
