Hello, my name is Victoria and I am a reader who loves to write. I wanted to start a Medium account ages ago but was afraid to step out of my comfort zone.
My tagline reads:
I am a 50+ year old woman learning how to make money from my hobbies in a stress-free way.
Like many writers, I am a bit of an introvert and I have let procrastination get the best of me sometimes. But I finally hit that publish button and here I am.
I hope to share posts on a variety of topics. This will include my writing and self-publishing journey. I am currently working on a short story fiction writing challenge. I want to see if I can maintain a regular writing schedule.
My travels have taken me to some lovely places. I live in London and during my lunch breaks, I am fortunate to be able to enjoy a spot of London sight-seeing every day. I can wander past the home of our Prime Minister, I get to stroll past Buckingham Palace, as well as enjoy the wonderful parks and galleries in the surrounding area.
I will also be sharing other travel memories, a mixture of childhood travels, up-to-date travel experiences and personal photos.
