It’s just not a simple question. It’s not just a phrase. It happens to everyone in their lives somehow.

Agony:

For me it exists. It exists everywhere else. In working place or at home.

It’s a emotion lead you feel that you are far behind and you will left behind. This emotion is stress.

What’s reason behind it?

For my perspective, it somehow starts when you are at your higher level, achieving everything and anything you want.

You do your work honestly and become master to it. People praise you, and you have name and fame.

You become more and more indulge at that specific work. Suddenly you noticed that some people there spread rumors about you. They do it because they can’t be you, they don’t reach your level.

Out of jealousy. When you came to know about this all of your passion and energy drains….

This causes agony in you, the constant pressure of being perfect because all of your surroundings see you as a higher person so you should act as perfect 24/7.

It’s cruelty. We are also human beings, allowed to sense and react according to situations.

People always expect you to let that negative energy slide?

It’s unfair. Highly unfair.

If someone spread bad things about you and say harsh words to your face no one blame them. So you, the perfect person have to endure it with smile or just let it pass, simply ignore.

This is main reason of agony……

Imagine you doesn’t respond to that person or warn them. These things started to gather within you. This built up as distress and turns into agony.

  • What happens after?

This causes your mood fluctuations, bad impact on your brain and sadness.

This sadness turns into anger and then you become a bad person.

Now this bad person has his or her own terms. That bad person doesn’t listen to anyone because he knows the reality.

That being sweet and humble brings nothing to them…..

Agony is real.

It’s not just a random feeling or thought.

I hope no one will face it. If anyone is facing this please let your anger out and seek help from trusted one.

Because agony is a slow poison….

Thanks for reading.

Regards.
