An Urgent Course of Action Based on What My Doctor Told Me!
Is it moderation or not at all?
As far back as I can remember, doctor visits was always the bane of my existence. I was either going in for a shot or listening to the doctor prattle on about ‘how I had a clean bill of health’ which is something I knew already, I always wanted it to be over.
Later on, I began to appreciate going to the doctor because they could tell me things I wanted to know and whatever else.
Earlier this week, I went to the doctor due to having an appointment. Now, everything checked out okay for the most part. According to the doctor, I passed with flying colors.
Except for one thing……My blood sugar.
According to my doctor, my blood sugar was a little elevated and normally that wouldn’t have been a problem but this time, it was. This caused her to recite the following news to me. The doctor said and I quote, “you’re borderline diabetic”.
My doctor goes onto say that I have to cut out all sugary things which means, no candy, no soda, no sugary snacks of any kind all the way down to the no having alcohol rule.
Ironically, the alcohol is what shot my blood sugar up in the first place. I got into drinking these white claw low alcohol drinks which in turn…
