On a page, I stepped upon Ali talked about an experiment that checked how value affirmation can boost our confidence and make our abstract ideals real.

A group of psychologists did an experiment on two groups, they gave 12 values to choose from, one group was asked to write about which of the 3 values was most important to them, and the second group was asked to write about which of the 3 values were least important for them, and about why they might be important to someone else.

For no actual reason, I choose to try the experiment on myself and share it with you.

1. Being good at art.

2. Creativity.

3. Relationships with family and friends.

4. Government or politics.

5. Independence.

6. Learning and gaining knowledge.

7. Athletic ability.

8. Belonging to a social group (such as your community, racial group or school club).

9. Music.
