Finding Your Path — Value Affirmation
So, I was reading the book Feel Good Productivity — by Ali Abdaal, and on one page, I found something that got my attention…
On a page, I stepped upon Ali talked about an experiment that checked how value affirmation can boost our confidence and make our abstract ideals real.
A group of psychologists did an experiment on two groups, they gave 12 values to choose from, one group was asked to write about which of the 3 values was most important to them, and the second group was asked to write about which of the 3 values were least important for them, and about why they might be important to someone else.
For no actual reason, I choose to try the experiment on myself and share it with you.
