Have a sleepover at your best friends house

As adults, I think it’s fair to say that we have this idea that we are not allowed to do things that we did as kids. For example, staying the night at your best friend’s house or watching our favorite cartoon shows. Some might even say “grow up, we are not kids anymore.”
I am here to tell you that just because we grow up doesn’t mean you have to lose the childlike experiences that shaped out our childhood memories.
Recently, I went to the county fair with my sister and our two friends who happen to be married and we knew that we were going to be tired and wouldn’t want to drive home, so we stayed the night at their house.
All of this got me thinking that not enough people talk about how sleepovers are so much fun. They don’t need to be extravagant or full of activities but it could be just watching a movie together or hanging out and talking. It can really bring joy getting to spend time with people you love and care about.
