Hi everyone,
I’ve been an editor here at About Me for a long time now and alongside this pub I own two and edit for two more. In addition I’ve been a happy part of the Medium boost program since it’s infancy so I am constantly searching all five publications for the best of the best work to put forward for nomination.
I read a lot of your work and I hear a lot of your frustrations over how long you can wait at times you get your words published.
Thing is, you can actually help speed things up.
First and most importantly… TURN YOUR PM’s ON!!!
It’s super simple just go into Settings, Account and click ON to allow private notes on your articles.
If we need to communicate with you about any formatting changes that need to be made or any other suggestions our editors might have this is our only option and it’s frustrating to have to reject work simply because we can’t reach you.
But do you know the main thing I am forced to send messages to writers about? Titles, subtitles and images.
Let’s deal with these things once and for all please.
