Alter Your Thinking To Improve Your Life
Hello everyone!
I hope you can recall your childhood. Think about it.
We had a schedule, a timetable to follow, and exams to prepare for since the first day of school. Everything was structured, from getting up early to attending classes and studying for half-yearly and yearly tests.
Do you know why the structure was so important?
It wasn’t merely to keep us occupied. It taught us the importance of discipline. Because of that discipline, we were able to complete one of life’s most crucial chapters: schooling.
Today, that discipline has a significant impact on our achievement.
But as we grow older, we tend to lose that discipline. We procrastinate, delay things, and prioritize comfort over growth. Let me share a few incidents from my own life.
Not long ago, I planned to play tennis in the morning. The idea was to get up at 6:30 a.m., get ready, and drive 30 minutes to the tennis facility.
But when my alarm went off, I just didn’t want to get up. I said to myself, “I’ll skip today,” and I stayed in bed. Later that day, I felt too lethargic to go grocery shopping.
