How I Discovered Inspired Action When I Hit Rock Bottom
How I got out of my head and into my life
Have you ever felt like life was just too difficult to carry on? Did it seem like there could be no possible solution to the situation you were in? Did you feel backed into a corner with no way out?
I feel blessed to have overcome adversity and to be thriving in the life I’ve made. Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people from different walks of life: prison inmates, wellbeing coaches and social entrepreneurs.
And while each of them have their own challenges, I’ve received one question repeatedly: How do I know what I should do next?
Fact: there is no straight forward answer. However, while reflecting back on my own experience and in my work now as a Psychospiritual Mentor to Coaches I realised there are three things that are common to all the transformations I’ve seen.
