As I said in previous article, meeting people shows us so many different perspective of life and one is -The effects of Yoga on our lives.

My Aunt is a food genius. She knows a lot about food and how it affects our body.

Apart from eating she tells to do Yoga to keep a healthy body.

Okay, let me tell you my point of view when I heard the word 'Yoga'

Time consuming, no immediate results, don't know whether it works or not. In short its boring. Not fun to do. It has weird poses and all. Asks for commitment.

I am from modern generation and I want everything to have immediate and guaranteed results.

I don't know anything about yoga but the people doing it says Yoga is important.

I used to listen to them but not think about it much.

But as I am becoming mature and understanding how world works, I feel I need to become healthy, good looking while having a good personality and brains.

And Yoga gives all those. If done everyday in correct way then Yoga has effects on our body.

I will tell you an incident. I went to gym for 1-2 months. Starting of the days, I didn't felt any affect on me but as days passes I started to feel I am in control on my body. I don't feel sleepy, my brain works better and I am active.
But when I left gym, I went to same old me.

We don't see the results immediately that's why most people don't do it. But everything has a long term effect and we have to keep that in mind while doing something.
