This was never how I thought it would go. But here I am—clocking back in.
At the start of May, I made a bold promise to myself:
🗓️ Write and publish an article every day for 30 days.
I was excited. I was motivated. I created the graphics, mapped out the content, and even published Day One with stats and a purpose.
But life had other plans.
A few days into the challenge, I got sick—body aches, mental fog, complete burnout. Not just tired. Out. I couldn’t write, let alone think straight.
And just like that, my consistency streak snapped.
The Truth About Challenges No One Talks About
Everyone talks about showing up daily. But no one talks about what happens when you can’t.
I felt disappointed in myself.
I questioned whether I should even continue.
I almost deleted the whole thing.
But here’s what I realized:
The real challenge isn’t never falling off.
It’s having the guts to get back up.
