Have you noticed how many people have broken up the contact with their parents? Have you noticed that many children nowadays don’t have a lot of contact with their grandparents?

Have you ever had the thought: My parents (or whoever raised you) screwed me up! I could be happy and successful, but because of them, I couldn’t become the best version of myself.

If you have ever had a thought like this or similar, you are not alone.

At some point on our journey, we have to go through this thought process. It is human, but when we go further down this rabbit hole and ask ourselves not just how we became like this, but also why we wouldn’t change ourselves, then, if we don’t like where we are, why don’t we change everything that we don’t like? Because it is not that easily done, okay? It is not!

To change a whole character and delete certain programs in our character, to exchange whole patterns, is not an easy journey. And it is not just that. When you are distracted by a fearmongering, 9–5 workslave system, you might not even have time to question anything.

You are just tired and want to get through the day. Very human.
