I have listened to the wisdom of many great thinkers — Socrates, Chanakya, Buddha, and even modern-day philosophers like Acharya Prashant, Vikas Divyakirti, Through their teachings, I have realized that the sorrows filling my life were born from the thoughts ingrained in me since childhood — thoughts my mother poured into me like water into a vessel.

Food and water were secondary; it was her ignorance, her unexamined beliefs, that she fed me the most. I do not blame her, for she, too, was a product of her environment.
She never went to school and questioned the societal norms that deemed her life “respectable.” Instead, she wore her self-proclaimed wisdom like a crown, proud of the knowledge she believed she possessed.

She raised me to follow her words without question, and I, as a devoted daughter, dedicated my life to her, believing it was my duty as a daughter. But now, at 53, I feel suffocated under the weight of her expectations, teetering on the edge of despair.
