My Name Is Revonnicca, Not Veronica
People say my name is unique — what do you think?
I have a special name — Revonnicca.
Most of the time people tend to spell wrongly, either with a missing “n” or “c” or even both.
That’s why I seldom use it as it’s hard to remember.
To make others’ lives easier (also mine), I shortened it to Revon — which has been used across all social media platforms, including Medium.
But every time I travel or show my ID card for identity proof, those who see my name would definitely mention my name is unique.
In some scenarios, if I had to speak out my name, people would normally think they heard it wrongly and take it as “Veronica” first.
As compared to my name, “Veronica” is more common.
So what does it mean?
I remember I asked my father about the meaning of “Revonnicca”. As I strongly believe there must be a meaning for this fancy name.
And he said he doesn’t know. He just saw this somewhere and used it as he felt it was nice.
Well, I was speechless but no surprise — it’s just my father’s style.
