Navigating your value and worth when no one else can see

Understanding self-acceptance is the first step toward self-love cause this is a world/earth filled with mere humans and other human-like beings, not heaven, where you can’t expect everyone to be angels.

⦁ It’s not silly or wild not to move forward from this when the heart is unbelievably hurt outside the traditional way of a relationship.

⦁ Don’t regret understanding, caring, or giving a unique position to a person, and

⦁ you meet someone who reciprocates and likes to spend time with you; just like close friends, you bond with that person.

⦁ You might feel you love and hate the person simultaneously, making it difficult to forget the person.

⦁ It hurts and is difficult to believe that someone likes you but not enough, which makes you question your selfness/worth/identity/ you are not sufficient to choose you.

⦁ The roller coaster of emotions leads you to go along with a dynamic that was hurting, and your heart got found of them.

⦁ Never let others make you feel bad about yourself; they don’t know the complete story, and they might be only reading a paragraph and commenting.
