As a social pedagogue, my role extends beyond the conventional understanding of an educator. It’s not just about teaching; it’s about nurturing the holistic development of children. Social pedagogy is a transdisciplinary approach that brings together theories and concepts from education, psychology, sociology, and philosophy. It aims to create learning environments that are nurturing, inclusive, and empowering, ensuring that each child’s unique needs are met.
What makes social pedagogy unique is its emphasis on the relationship between the educator and the student.
