These sets of habits are performed almost always before the world starts demanding things from you, thus laying the groundwork for productivity, stress releases, and an overall sense of well-being.
Morning Routine Benefits
The morning hours are sacred. Free from emailing, calling, and urgent deadlines, mornings are special hours of focus and awareness. After having a regular routine in the morning, one would be able to enjoy the following:
