The Ten Question Bookworm Challenge
About me.
I was inspired by another one of Ccgordon’s articles to accept her writing challenge. Thank you, CC Gordan, for always making writing fun and personable!
This is The Bookworm Challange. Feel free to write your own!

1. What’s one of the first books you remember really loving as a child?
The Mandi Series, by Lois Gladdys Leppard. Not many people have heard of this series, so please let me know if you read it! Mandi was a young girl in the late 1800s — early 1900s who was curious, adventurous, and solved mysteries. I was always drawn to her adventurous life and deeply related to her character. I read that series over and over again growing up.
2. Do you have any special memories of someone reading to you as a child?
My dad. I remember having weekly family nights where my dada felt it important to read the Bible as a family before moving on to fun and games. I have always appreciated his intentionality and now incorporate this into my own family. My dad continues to be someone I read and trade books with.
