Last year I attempted to do 75 Hard a program from mastermind Andy Frisella. I loved the program and on Day 16 I had to end due to a knee injury.
My biggest regret was waiting till now to get started again.
I am currently at 281 lbs and ready to get back to a healthy weight. My target goal is to be at 225, firm with active muscle development.
75 Hard is so much more than just a fitness program. It is a mental toughness program that is designed to optimize your best self.
Here is what the program entails:
Workout twice per day for 45 minutes. One workout has to be outside.

10 Pages of Reading a Non-Fiction Book
Drink 1 Gallon of Water
Follow a Diet
No Cheat Meals or Alcohol
It might seem straightforward, but I can assure you this will challenge you in ways you never expected. You’ll experience soreness and fatigue, but as time passes, it transforms into something incredible.
