Pain exists wherever we encounter suffering. It is an inherent part of our lives. Life presents us with numerous lessons that encourage us to reflect on our lifestyles and strive to live more meaningfully. These lessons often arise from the experience of pain, which catalyzes the enlightenment of our minds.

Here are some thought-provoking psychological questions to consider on your healing journey:

How to improve this or that condition whenever we face it in the next chapter of life?

How will we get that improvement in our lives?

How do we protect our heart from this type of pain, particularly the inner core of our heart?

One word answer to all these questions is OUR WILLPOWER under the process of HEALING.

Healing is a result of the inner strength of our willpower. This willpower determines the duration of pain in our hearts and minds. When our willpower is strong, the time we experience pain decreases. Conversely, if our willpower is not powerful enough to handle the pain, its duration increases. Thus, the length of time we endure pain in our hearts and minds is entirely dependent on our willpower.
