The Early Days: Opportunity or Overwork?
Two decades ago, I was bursting with enthusiasm in my career. I started as a junior, eager to prove myself and grow. Missing files? “She’ll find them!” Overwhelming patient load? “She’s got this!” My colleagues used me, and I knew it. But I didn’t care because I saw every extra task as a chance to learn.
