Why Can’t People Ever Get Their Own Stuff!

As far back as I can remember, I was always taught that if you treat people right, they’ll treat you right and that includes when you need a favor or two. However, what happens when that one favor turns into two or four, or eight or 10,000. Where is the line?

Everyone goes through bad circumstances, little of the time, through no fault of their own. But when you constantly are giving out more than they can give back, you’re looking at a mooch! For example, there are people on my job that make way more than I do. Does that mean that I should piggyback off them when I need a little money when I don’t feel like spending my own?

Lately, I’ve been on the receiving end of people’s laziness and utter disregard for my household as well as everything going on within. I’ve had someone recently look at me like I have no right to anything I have because I’m not helping them take care of them.

100s of generations pass and nothing changes, the have nots are always looking for a handout from haves then want to make excuses about not being able to get their own stuff. I’m a good joe through and through, but it is not my job to take care of people who very well can take care of themselves.

Writing extraordinaire, I've always loved writing since I was a kid and I'm happy that I am able to become a paid writer like I want to be.
