Director, Finance

As the Director of Finance, you will lead the Finance team tasked with providing comprehensive financial insight into our business, while pushing to improve efficiency and growth. You will work in close collaboration with leaders across various functions to support our various businesses. You will drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis, and extracting key insights to inform strategic decisions.

What you will do

• Think strategically and then drive impact. You will have the unique position of engaging with cross-functional business partners and connect the strategic themes to inform the operational strategy that will drive improvement in the business.
• Financial planning and analysis. Work closely with the business leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to help with decision making.
• Process improvement. Help improve our planning processes and ensure finance best practices spread through the organization.

What you need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. Bonus points for MBA, CFA or CPA.
• Minimum of 5 years in Banking and/or Corporate finance /operational FP&A at either a high-growth company or a large, well-established organization.
• Exceptional analytical skills. Best practices are second-nature, your models are efficient, scalable, and intuitive.
• Self-starter. You will take initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals.
