The connection for me between the original and my intrepretation is that each of the Promising Leaders mentioned above are now member of a particular historical time frame, in which they were all seemingly driven into membership in….The Civil Rights Era. Though they may not have set out to become iconic and “Leaders” of the movement they each sacraficed of themselves for the cause.
