How to Watch Zack Snyder’s Justice League
There’s really only one way to watch this movie. And there are lessons on time management to be found in this way, too.
The four hour (and two minute) sprawling superhero epic is divided into six parts. Sitting down to watch the film in one sitting isn’t the most practical option. Very few people can take that much time to do anything, let alone watch a movie.
The way to watch Zack Snyder’s Justice League is to use each of the parts as waypoints.
You could watch it in three sittings if you watch two parts every time. You could watch it in two sittings if you watch three parts every time. You could watch it in six sittings if you watch only one part every time. And these options are if you decide to split the parts equally.
My son and I are going to watch this film in parts. I have a feeling it’ll be two string of three parts each. Even he doesn’t want to watch it all in one go. He doesn’t have time for that. Neither do I.
Think of this film as a show you could either choose to binge or not. Every chapter (or part) is available to you at once, but you don’t have to digest it all at once. If you break down this project – the project of watching Zack Snyder’s Justice League – into smaller particles, it makes watching it appear less daunting and more achievable.
This action – breaking a project down into smaller particles – can be applied to many things and not just watching a massive movie event. You don’t have to watch this film all in one go even though it presents itself as something that you could. That goes for any project you take on.
You need to go beyond thinking outside the (Mother)box when approaching a project of this size and scope.
You need to act outside of it as well.
