Why I Journal
I journal to celebrate my successes of the day and acknowledge the challenges that came along with them.
I journal to share my thoughts outwardly without worry of how anyone reacts rather than keeping them inside and letting them linger and wither or fester.
I journal to write one way for myself so that I can write better for you. Journaling makes me a better writer. (Frankly, so does writing daily blog posts here.)
I journal to be able to relive moments already lived.
I journal to keep myself on track with my intentions.
I journal to gain better perspective — and keep it as much as possible.
I journal to broaden my perspective, too.
I journal for all of those reasons… and a few more that I likely wrote down somewhere in my journal before.
I journal. Do you?
