As a Manager, a Team Dinner Is an Appreciated Event to Pull Together!
An individual can make a difference, but a team can make a miracle.
To Manage a Project Is a Responsibility
When I have learnt to be a manager, I have used Team Dinners to show my Team that they have done well.
The Team spirit needs a boost to develop better.
Not regularly as it should be connected to an event in the project or that a milestone is passed.
At start-up and finish is two given dinners.
Then after a completed migration, the introduction of a service, the release of some things. This is because so many important events happen during a projects lifetime.
Of course, the effect is more minor if there is a team dinner every week.
