Sunshine and rainbows

Let’s not get it confused: being abundant does not mean putting our blinders on and ignoring everything that doesn’t feel good to us.

Abundant isn’t about striving to only experience sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes there’s partly cloudy. And sometimes there’s gnarly thunderstorms, blizzards, earthquakes and hurricanes.

If we ignore the warnings and just think happy thoughts, we may get lucky and the gnarly situations could resolve itself. Or it could get worse. Much worse.

To be abundant requires us to bring a higher energetic frequency to our daily lives: the sunshine and rainbows as well as the not-so-pretty stuff.

When we are truly abundant, we are present to everything that is happening to us, for us and around us.
