The In Between Time

There’s this special time the world of transformation that occurs in between the time that you realize there’s a need to change and the time that the change takes place.

We know that there’s a better way and yet we haven’t fully stepped into that new world.

This can be a really difficult part of the journey. Having the awareness and feeling that gap leaves us wanting to speed things up, creates internal resentment and shame and also allows fear to creep in that we’ll never get there.

As a society, it feels like we are in a massive in between time.

Rather than feeling this fear, shame, resentment and time pressure, we can choose another path. We can embrace the journey. We can trust the process. We can savor every step along the way. We can listen deeply to what the old way is trying to tell us and help it inform the new way that’s coming.

The time in between the old and the new is an opportunity for us to claim our new identity and mine all of the gold out of what the universe is showing us.
