My Year in Review, 26 countries, 5 Awards Shows, and 1 Million Subscribers
As I reflect on the past year, I can’t believe how quickly the time passed. I turned a quarter of a century (25 years old), traveled to 26 countries, attended the Grammys, Emmys, and Academy Awards Show, and joined forces with several amazing brands — which ultimately contributed to Acanela Expedition’s growth of over 1 million Followers.

Awards Shows: Los Angeles was the city that helped my dreams come true in more ways than one. As an entrepreneur, I had the opportunity to cross paths with many creatives — each inspiring me to be more involved in the LA Arts community. As a result, I was invited to attend several of the big awards shows — with the Grammys being one of my favorites!
Followers: Looking back on the past year, I can’t believe that we grew to nearly 500K Email Subscribers & 500K Social Media followers. I am grateful to all of those who are and have been a loyal follower of Acanela through the past year — as it was an extremely memorable year for us!
What does my 2018 look like?
Many people have asked me what my 2018 year will look like, in particular the countries that I will be traveling to (which I have listed below). This year I am looking forwards to more brand partnerships, more Acanela ‘Expeditioners’, and of course more travel buddies for my upcoming trips! You can see my schedule below:
