Therapist Synthia Is Making a Comeback

Hey all, therapist Synthia here. It’s been a long time since I was last available on this corner of the web. Rest assured, I have been in the background, working away on the frontlines, reading pieces here and there, and staying up-to-date on the latest world events.

For those not in the know, I started writing as a therapeutic coping skill in response to overarching tragedy and was able to propel a little bit of a career due to it. Heck, I briefly had a blurb online if someone searched my name, which was pretty astonishing, given my history of humility.

As a therapist, I supported those in need, while also writing a variety of self-help pieces online, mostly centred on anxiety, depression, grief, and relationships. I recall making a variety of friends and allies on here, where I garnered some internal opportunities, which helped pay the bills.

I was able to motivate people that their dreams can eventually come true (and that they can escape their turbulent situations) — via dedicated psychoeducation, moral support, and wordsmithing.

I was at my prime then, a budding 20-something-year-old with an impeccable fashion sense — who was finally learning to be happy again. I eventually garnered a proper full-time…
