Briefly explained the issues of CPU overload and the re-adjustments occurred for its solution. This is related to computation and propagation in the production of EOS blocks. The hard fork and REX seem to figure out this issue in the future.
由CPU紧张的原因，提案要求把CPU参数值增至30%，再其参数将改为25%。这种现象是由生成区块时验算及传输紧密相连。硬分叉及REX也许之后能解决这个问题。
