Knowing Thyself and Stopping the Unwanted Thoughts

Now that I am here..

I have mostly worked in International contact centers. Communicating with customers over the call, email, chat, remote assistance. I used to write before I started my career. Just felt like writing again.

I would like to share my thoughts and experience on old and new things that are happening around us.

I am writing about me and how I am evolving in my life as an example, I am sharing few starting signs of understanding my own self ,which we are normally confused about.

By understanding and knowing thyself ,basically means connecting within, seeing inward, to understand the things outside(You can say the Universe).

So the first thing that you start realizing is that everything and everyone around you is not what they look like or act like.

It will be little bit disturbing too.

Knowing yourself or understanding things happens gradually. When you start seeing the same things with a new perspective. Same words will have deeper meanings, same places will be more interesting, more connected, more interacting.

It might be a Co-incidence as the changes started happening in me were, when I became a Father of a Daughter and I tried to see things from her Eyes. Everything was NEW to me.

Here are few things that you would be able to accomplish from it:

1. A clear vision.
2. Clarity of Thoughts.
3.No confusions on decision making.
4. Your Brain will become so Organized, as if you have a complete control on it, like your daily activities.

We all do almost the same things at the same time everyday. So, the first step that I have shared, does not finishes with watching the Audio and the Video IN ONE DAY.

I am not asking you to put them in your routine well if you can that will be good for you. Here is what I did, I was working in a 9–5 Schedule JOB.

  • I Picked some motivational videos.
  • Some Psychedelic Trance.
  • Listen to them while going to my workplace.
  • Listen to them in the free time at my workplace.
  • Listen to them while coming back to my place.
  • Changed MP4 to MP3, as I needed the audio not the video.

So, I EMBEDDED, them in my routine.

Here I am mentioning some basic activities that you can try as per your convenience, NO Time limitation, NO need to Plan a schedule, NO hard and fast rules, Nothing. (Its your *Sub-conscious mind* that is going to do everything for you. You just need to feed the right information to *it*

First Try to Understand the terms Vibrations,Frequencies,Energies.

I can give you the links and videos on the same, but that will spoil the fun and excitement.

However I am giving you some popular words, names etc that you might wanna use for the search.

Tesla
Trance
Binaural sounds
Alpha Delta waves

You will find many types, kinds of stuff. Here you need to trust your Intuitions to dominate, and pick the right audio or video (Check the duration of the audio, video if that matters to you)

Just follow them Blindly, the more you follow your Intuitions, it becomes more and more reliable.

  • *Try watching or listening it before going to sleep.I mean lying on the bed,relaxed if listening close your eyes no lights.**

Stop the Unwanted Thoughts

There are thousands of audios and videos on the Internet they use different words, phrases, terminologies,Pictures, info graphics etc based on there own experience, knowledge, culture, target audience, age, sex,area etc.

So, it is obvious that if you watch or listen to multiple things and think about them at the same time, they can affect your Concentration and you might not be able to focus completely on the things that you actually need or desire to manifest.

Law of attraction is a really good tool, provided you are focusing on the right things and the right way.

**Remember Too much of anything is harmful** and the **biggest Burden is the Burden of Knowledge**

Here are few things that one can try to get rid of the Unwanted Thoughts (I did them)

1. The very first step to FOCUS on What You Want Manifest,Reach, is to Empty Your “Cup of TEA (Knowledge, mind, thoughts)” about the same.

2. Understand Focus or Concentration is not achieved in one GO (There are hell lot of distractions ) and the very first distraction is Your own MIND,the doubts the fear of failure,insecurities your own versions of the outcomes or say the assumptions.

3. Our mind keeps the records of things in Pictures, I guess we all know that already. So everything we think and see and interpret is registered in the form of a pictures in our mind. **Use your Mind as a tool** or say an Array of Apps.(Very well explained by “Sandeep Maheshwari” in his videos) However I am referring to what I did and how I used my thoughts to not to distract me or say improve my Focus, concentration.

Use your Imagination and draw a picture of the thought that is distracting you **The more you use your imagination, the picture will become clearer**

Once you have successfully created the picture, image of the distracting thought, BURN IT, BLOW IT, ERASE IT,SMOKE IT, In your MIND.

Do this Every time when that thought comes to you (You can say its Law of Attraction,used in the other way around).

***Remember its not a one day one read one watch or one audio process***
