AdvertiZing Academy Mobile quiz prototypes.

Hello everyone! We are AdvertiZing Academy, a group of 5 marketing and advertising students and we would like to share with everyone one of our most exciting projects yet. In this particular project we designed a quiz through Mobile App Prototyping and it was our first experience in the mobile app design field. This had to be a personal project that we each created but in the process, we came to the conclusion that we all had one thing in common, all five of us love traveling and gaining new experiences especially in the summertime. That is why we decided that our quizzes were going to be about the Greek islands and helping the user find the best destination for her or his vacation, as well as some advice we included in the quizzes to help make the experience unique.

Hello! My name is Christiana and I came up with a quiz for

Aegean islands and specifically for Cyclades. The quiz contains 3 questions and they are testing your knowledge mostly on geography! I would describe the level of difficulty easy as an 8-year-old child could easily answer it too. I chose Cyclades for my quiz as they are known for their beauty and magical landscapes and they are always in the to do list of every traveler. We always hear Cyclades, but do we really know them? Let’s find out through this easy quiz, or not, you choose!

Hey there! My name is Antonia and I decided to create a quiz that would cover every traveler’s needs in order to navigate through the Greek islands. We know that all Greek islands are truly magical and each has its own beauty and culture, but we also know that each island has something different to offer and each traveler has his own preferences and adventures he wants to find. So, if you want to experience your dream mama mia like vacation, you can do this quiz and let it guide you according to your needs. The islands that are include in this quiz are Lefkada, Hydra, Crete, Skopelos, Ios and Kythnos. Lefkada is one of the most breathtaking islands, located in the ionian sea and connected with the mainland by a small bridge. It can be accessed easily by car and it has one of the most wonderful natural landscapes and some of the most scenic beaches, Lefkada Greece (or the “Caribbean of Greece”, as it is also known as) is the absolute dream destination for those who are into exotic islands with sandy beaches. Next, Hydra is an island very close to Athens, only a 20 minute trip by boat and the magical characteristic you will notice on this island is the complete absence of cars, motorcycles and all wheel vesicles. Furthermore, the island is known for its rocky cliffs accompanied by blue, clean, deep waters which makes the perfect scenery for those who are up to an adventure. Next island on the quiz is Crete which is the second biggest island in Greece and it is known for its variety in the gastronomic field and its rich history. After Crete comes Skopelos which is a little different than all the other islands we have mentioned. Since it is located in the north part of the aegean along with Skiathos it has a rich green natural environment which in combination with its blue waters and graphic monasteries make the ideal picture of a mama mia like summer experience (since that is also the location where the movie was filmed!). Ios on the other hand is the go to destination for yound adults and teenagers that wish to take a break from school or university and do some 24/7 clubbing, since there are many and various bars and clubs located on the island, along of course with beautiful landscapes and blue waters. Last but not least, the island of Kythnos is a perfect destination for a family. It is located in the aegean sea, not very far from the coast and its shape causes the existence of 93 different beaches for the visitors to try.

Hi, my name is Yiota and I have chosen two islands in Cyclades, Greece. The quiz works as a guide because the questions are about your interests and preferences and the outcome depends on your answers. The first is Sifnos, consists of 2,625 inhabitants and is filled for its pottery and cooking. Besides, Nikos Tselementes, one of the greatest chefs in 20th century and a big career abroad, came from Sifnos. Sifnos is also well-known for her beaches for all tastes, paths leading to churches and views.
The second is Naxos. Naxos is an island in Greece, the biggest actually in Cyclades and has about 7000 inhabitants. It was the center of the ancient Cycladic civilization. The island is famous as a source of emery, one of the main abrasives. It is an island that combines ancient monuments, beaches and entertainment.

Hello, my name is Dora. Holidays, one word with many different meanings. Thousands of memories come across your mind with the sound of this word, and thousands desires follow. Holidays mean something different to each person but for all is that time of the year that you have a major break for your daily routine and you can grasp that opportunity as you wish. Holidays are mostly connected with the biggest celebrations of the year such as Christmas or Easter break, although for the majority holidays are connected with the summer season. All these cold countries far away for the sea are trying to find the most suitable escape on an island. Greece as a country is the best destination to travel during the summer season due to the variety of the islands that are being offered to tourists. All Greek islands have a different identity and many reasons to visit them as they serve a different target group of tourist. It is worth to mention that all islands have their beauty but two of them are known about their night life and their entertainment. Those two island are both located in Greece, one of them is Spetses a really small island on Argosaronikos and Mykonos on Cyclades. Spetses is a historical island which played significant role in the revolution of 1821 with the battleship of Spetses in 1822. It is a shall but beautiful island really close to Athens about an hour away, ideal for families and teenagers who want to have fun as it has a great combination of places to eat and many different choices to go out in the night covering all the possible taste of visitors for those who have family to those who visit the island to party until the sun comes up. It is a really easy island to let your kids play around cause no cars are around, you can bike the whole island within a day at took a romantic tour with the carriage. The island has something magical on the atmosphere with some lovely alleys ideal for couples. On the other side we have another beautiful island the most well-known island of Greece, Mykonos. When you hear about Mykonos you instantly say let’s go parting. Mykonos is the most vibrant destination where you can party during the hole day with a lot of promises to experience one of your best nights as it cannot be compared with anything else, it is the ultimate island. You should definitely rent a car to manage the distances and visit all the beaches and parties offered. Mykonos is one of the most commercial islands with amazing brand hotels and villas all over. Therefore if you are looking to have some fun and make the most memorable memories do not forget to visit either Spetses or Mykonos, you won’t be disappointed!
