CREATIVE BRIEF — re:Construction

The brief is one of the initial stages of working on the project. And one of the most important is to determine the goals and objectives of the client, which we already have, and to forecast further work.

It is important to identify the position of management, business owners, to understand how they see the company now and how they imagine the future of the company, in order to set the right goals for the strategy being prepared.

Work task | Ongi hotel

We learned about how to write a creative brief from the courses and our own experience. We recently held a brief for Ongi hotel, which is located in the Basque country, Spain. During this brief, we spoke with the owners of the hotel and identified two main tasks that need to be done there to meet their needs. To make it easier for you, we show you the script of our work in this article.

We conducted the brief in three parts: — find out the main information about the client, find out about his target audience, main competitors — how the client sees himself.

After that, we conducted independent objective research on the same issues.

In conclusion, we once again met with the client and made their desired goals real — what we can really do for their project. At the end of the brief, we knew that we would need to set out the mission and values of the hotel / bar, find partners for collaborations, and create a hotel’s Instagram page in order to attract new customers from the beginning.

THE CUSTOMER PROVIDES BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT:

- how he sees the goals and objectives of business development,

- about target audiences that were previously targeted by communications,

- about the tools that were used and what effect was achieved with their help.

- It also gives a description of the market participants that you should focus on.
