Creative Catalysts Agency (2024)
A newly formed digital agency consisting of students from the Department of Communications, Media and Culture of Panteion University. That’s the formal version of what we are. In fact, a class under the title “Introduction to Advertising and Public Relations” led us to transform ourselves from students to real-life professionals trying to design and implement strategic campaigns for various clients.
Our mission is to carry the messages of our clients beyond any upcoming barriers of the digital era. We are here to make our clients stand out in a digital environment full of content and information. We aspire to cultivate connections between companies, audiences and our agency.
Our main values are creativity, innovation, transparency, inclusivity and responsibility. Throughout this semester, we kept in mind those values while working on multiple different projects since we firmly believe that consistency and reliability are the most valuable traits in a partner. We want to always inspire our clients to push the boundaries of innovation and to embrace our strategies.
During the semester, we presented several projects in the class. We started with the presentation of our agency and our team and the analysis of our favorite campaign from the Cannes Lions 2022 Grand Prix Winners, the one related to the Paralympic Games. Then, we moved on with planning and presenting our own campaign for the Paralympic Games. We were extremely blessed to work for Novibet and plan their 15 year anniversary PR plan while being evaluated by them. Finally, we presented our big campaign for our client Red Bull.

Even though we believe that social media are the right place to go to for an agency like us, we wanted to create a space with larger pieces of content about our work. We created our website that includes information about our agency, our projects, our values as a company and of course clickable links to our social media and ways of communicating with us.

Unveiling our latest project: an electrifying digital campaign for Red Bull, a brand synonymous with energy, excitement, and pushing boundaries. This campaign is designed to elevate Red Bull’s presence in Greece, particularly among motorsport enthusiasts, and to expand the fan base of the Red Bull Formula 1 team.
Red Bull, the pioneer of energy drinks, launched in Austria in 1987, has grown into a global powerhouse with 17,848 employees in 177 countries. Known for its innovation, inclusivity, and playful energy, Red Bull continually twists tradition to create unique experiences. Despite its global success, Red Bull’s Formula 1 team has a relatively small fan base in Greece. Our mission is to change this by generating awareness, boosting engagement, and fostering a passionate community around Red Bull Racing.
Our campaign focuses on three primary objectives: generating awareness, boosting engagement, and fostering community. We will engage a wide range of stakeholders, from key partners and customers to influencers, journalists, and media. Each group plays a vital role in amplifying our message and ensuring the campaign’s success. Our primary audience consists of 18–24-year-old students who are adrenaline seekers, socially active, and motorsport enthusiasts.
“Red Bull is not just an energy drink, it’s a whole experience.” This key message encapsulates the brand’s ethos, emphasizing that Red Bull offers a lifestyle filled with excitement, adventure, and unparalleled experiences. Our campaign is built on three strategic pillars: events, sponsorships, and social media.
