This semester , me and my classmates on Panteion Advertising and Public Relations Lab we had the chance to create a sustainable Event as a project of Event Management course under the careful guidance of Betty Tsakarestou and Athena Fradelou .
Flooding with pleasure , me and my team started working an event of Fundraing Gala at quick space in a weekly basis .
Another positive effect is that apart from creative inspiration, we broaden useful knowledge about event strategies and digital marketing plan.

Main Idea
As far as the Event is concerned, as a team we created a Fundraising Gala which aims to support the ‘’Arogi’’ charitable institution whose goal is to protect families at the North and the West suburbs of Athens in order to improve their way of living. This event is going to take place on Saturday 24th June, 2017, at 19.00 p.m, in the prestigious exotic place Island Athens Riviera.
Our purpose is the awareness about poverty and our firms actions .Our mission is to tackle poverty .All guests will have the option of donating money, clothes or food to the chosen foundation. Also, the event will includes Auction where all the guests will have the chance to participate and contribute in it. The items that will be offered may be antiques, jewelry , decoration things and paintings.
The guests of our event will be 500 people. 100 of them will be celebrities and 400 other people will have the chance to buy their ticket from this website or from the event’s location .
Our VIP guests will be singers, actors, models, businessmen, ship-owners. Special guests who will sing and make a live show this night will be the famous singers Anna Vissi and Sakis Rouvas!
The Gala will be presented by Giorgos Kapoutzidis, the talented actor and presenter.
There will be a buffé with food, drinks and beverages for all guests . There will be live performances of Sakis Rouvas and Anna Vissi who will sing and dance their new hits. Also, the event will include speeches from us(the event coordinators), the director of the ‘’Arogi’’ foundation Misses Gianna Dimogianni and some businesswomen like Evangelos Marinakis, Marianna Latsi, Gianna Agelopoulu Daskalaki and Marianna Vardinoyiannis. The speakers will talk mainly for the the importance of charity and donation now days.
Our event is co-sponsored by : Burberry, Καλογήρου, Lussile, Prince Oliver, Nautica, Moschino, Polo Ralph Lauren, Ted Baker, Timberland, Tomy Hilfiger and Sebago,Mercedes,Rolex, and communication sponsors like ANT1 channel, magazine : Adbusiness, Efoplistis , naftemporiki, and Skai FM.

Marketing Plan & Promotion
We decided to promote our Event Gala through :Articles in magazines Efoplistis, Adbussiness for 2 months, through radio advertising on SKAI FM & Tv ad on ANT1 channel for 2 months. Also, through our Promo Video on Social Media, (Event’s Facebook Page ,Website ,YouTube,our Instagram & Facebook Page,). Our event Photos on Social Media too. Moreover, through Press Releases, Email Notifications to all guests and the Bronze Sponsors will put our events Poster to their shops for further advertisement.
