Geography is something of vast importance. It is the study of places and the relationships between people and their environments. Geography is the answer to ‘why’ ‘where’ and ‘what’ regarding culture and civilization. It is a lense through which to understand human interactions. We are all physical beings who interact in a physical world and by having an understanding about this world (natural and human) is what helped us pull through and build great things for our people. The fascination behind how each country was developed, how every mountain range was formed and generally the diversity behind Geography is something unique and they key to it being loved all around the world from younger to older generations!
Hey Dear reader! We are Alveus, a team of 5 hard working students who is currently focusing and striving to learn more about the marketing and advertising field as a whole.
This project was done under the usage of Proto.io, so as to familiarize ourselves with the idea of mobile marketing and understand how it could possibly work for our future selves.
As a group we decided to follow the same pattern on all of the quizes. General questions about 5 out of the 7 continents. All the quizes consist of 3 different 50/50 questions along with visual material and generally extra information about each topic.
Each person created a quiz, dedicated to the continent of their choise and some of the countries of his/hers continent. And to be more specific we include in our quizes questions regarding Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and South America. Sadly Oceania couldn’t make it to the list and well, Antarctica is Antarctica!
In addition to Proto.io we used complementary apps such as Coolors, Pic Jumbo, Pexels, Flaticon and ofcourse non copywrited Google Images.
Hey, I’m Vasilis and I’m the biggest freak you could ever meet regarding geography. My interest spreads throughout flags, mountains and autonomous regions, to non self-governing territories and special administrative regions like Macau. The reality is that i love everything regarding geography and the beauty that it’s diversity has to offer. Noone can deny the beauty of Asia as a continent. From the freezing Khabarovsk in siberia to the warm weather of Yemen we can understand that Asia’s climate varies. Not only it’s climate but also the cultures and history behind each country and how it was developed. Get ready to challenge your knowledge on these 3 tough questions.
