Our methodology used both qualitive and quantitive online survey, with 40 respondents.
We made a secondary research and found out that Lacta Co has a big market growth and its main competitors are ION and Nestle.
Our PEST analysis showed regulatory concerns, high costs of raw materials, results of economic crisis and a need to invest in research for new snacks product.
We created two personas to compare Lacta & ION chocolates, and examined the characteristics of other chocolates at Greek market.
Our research showed that Lacta should cosider selling a new chocolate with stevia.
Finally, the main results of our research, as seen on the infographic are:
First Greek chocolate brand that comes to mind Lacta with 66%.
40% consume chocolate few times a week.
60% are women.
