My Ad Discovery workshop story- The StARTers

Ad discovery workshop it was a laboratory not only a class in which we learned to collaborate eachother and work as a team in order to transform an idea to reality… Professor Betty Tsakarestou was the leader of the whole workshop. https://medium.com/@tsakarestou

How all started…

We created a team consisted of four students. The students are Semina TsokanaSemina Tsokana (https://medium.com/@seminatsokana ) , Όλγα Κουτρουμανου (https://medium.com/@olga_koutroumanou ) , Martha Davari ( https://medium.com/@marthantavari) and me Irene Zerva Charitopoulou . We had to came up with a start up idea … So in our first meeting as a team Olga came up with a great idea that we all agree to improve and make it happen!

The idea

Olga’s idea was to focus our startup to street artists and especially musicians…

So we decided to creat a startup called “The StARTers” in order to create a street musician community. In this community they can advertise themselves and interact with each other.

Our journey

After finding the main idea we started searching for street musicians at the city centre. We found a street musician called Nikos , who wanted to join the community so we decided to interview him. Semina did the interview and made a short video for this.

After this we had to create a facebook page :https://www.facebook.com/The-st_ARTers-1586439005014304/ and a tweeter account : https://twitter.com/the_stARTers_

And our team had to have a signature so I designed a logo for “The StARTers”.

Then we had to create a map of our work in order to show our costumer profile and our idea to the whole workshop.

Finally right before the presentation we created the website of our startup :

And then I created this :

in order to show class our work and the presentation started….

All in all it was a great experience that i had the opportunity to take part in this workshop. I had the chance to collaborate with great people and I learned the importance of team work. So a huge thanks to them and our professor that gave as this opportunity. :)
