Panik’s Records drive-in concerts with Bright Day

As a final project to end the semester at the course Advertising and Public Relations we were asked to organize the digital campaign of one of the ideal customers of our company. We decided to organize a virtual event for Panik Records during the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. Panik Records in collaboration with Bright Day will organize drive-in concerts, during the summer season, with big names of the Greek music scene in which people will enjoy the spectacle through their private vehicles. In this way the security measures will be observed and the people will be entertained.

In the context of the new conditions, the record company Panik with our team decided to proceed with an imaginative way of entertainment in order to bring to the world an escape from the problems.

As we know, major events have been banned for several weeks across Greece due to the ongoing coronavirus restrictions. Because of this, everyone must adapt to the new reality and so is the entertainment and the organization of events. The event must be the main purpose of entertainment after the difficult period that passed everyone but always with safety and health in mind. People in spite of the health measures of the Ministry of Health must have a good time with just a different way.

As an event organization company we will have undertaken to advertise this project in every possible way in order to promote Panik Records and give joy to the people. The concerts will take place on weekends, so that more people can come and every week the artist will change according to the preference of the audience.

For the promotion of concerts on social media we will work with artists and people of the spectacle but also influencers, who will be recorded and broadcast through television channels and social media. In this way the people will receive the warmth of the music.

  • In collaboration with the graphic design team of our company we will make posters that will include all the details of the event.
  • We will upload photos and videos throughout the week from Bright’s Day account via Instagram and Facebook in order to attract more younger people.
  • We will determine the ticket prices so that they are affordable for everyone.
  • Through the Bright Day account will be drawn every week and 3 lucky ones will win free tickets.
  • Every week we will give two names of singers and then people will vote in online polls who will be the next artist to sing.

So this is the complete plan of our company for the digital campaign of Panik Records. The main goal of the two companies is to bring people closer together and organize events that will offer relaxation, entertainment and contact with the new reality.
