Hello! We are Innvendory, a start-up advertising company consisting of 2 members, Zoe Karvela and Rodica Moroi!

WHO ARE WE?

Our advertising digital start up is called Innvendory. For the name of our company, we put together “inn” from innovation, “vendo”, which is the latin word for advertisement, and lastly we wanted it to sound like “inventory”, which is a company’s goods and products that are ready to sell, along with the raw material that are used to produce them. We are two undergraduate students at Panteion University and we study Communication and Marketing.

We decided to enter the E-commerce field by creating “Innvendory”, an advertising company to inspire and help businesses, owned and lead by young people, enter the world of the Internet.

Getting to know the two co-founders

Innvendory is made by an insightful duo…

Zoe Karvela, the coordinator of the company, who has undertaken the role of project management and media research. The skills that she is going to bring to the table are strategic thinking, originality, curiosity, organization and communication skills, and last but definitely not least the ability to orchestrate a team and get the most out of every member.

Rodica Moroi, our marketer, who specializes in content creation and strategy development. Some of her skills include problem solving, communication, situational awareness, web development, critical thinking and creativity.

Our Projects/ Partnerships

After launching and presenting our company and our mission, we started off with the analysis of Nike’s campaign titled “You can’t stop us”. The purpose of this campaign was to show that we as people, and more specifically athletes, come across great difficulties, such as inequality, different opportunities and the pandemic, but always have the power and strength to overcome them collaboratively.

Moving forward, Innvendory’s next project was about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as proposed by the United Nations in 2016. We recognize the need for immediate action towards the protection of our environment and the improvement of our communities. This is why, we as Innvendory, fully support the SDGs and we presented the ones that align with our goals and values as a company. We encourage our clients and partners to adopt this purpose and adjust their company’s data to these more upgraded and ecological specifications.

Based on this turn towards a more sustainable way of thinking, our company collaborated with Beach Cleaning, a team consisting of young members that have undertaken the role of cleaning and taking care of garbage thrown away at the beaches and seas. Innvendory really appreciates the team’s contribution both to the environment and to the country. The team expresses our vision perfectly and we strongly believe that from this collaboration, we will gain important knowledge that will help us grow as a company.

The project that we focused on after that was for Novibet and their second season of their project called “Giant Heart”’, which has basketball player Giannis Antetokounmpo as a main figure.The vision and mission of Giant Heart is to contribute to the Athenian neighborhoods and give back to the people, which will only be possible through the unity and cooperation of all citizens. They want to fill people’s hearts with hope & faith through meaningful actions which foster a world of equal opportunities and rights. Our idea for this project focused on the organization of voluntary actions in which the public will participate in order to collect any recycled materials from the items that are thrown away on the ocean and beaches. These materials will be sorted out in specialized facilities and used in the renovation of basketball courts in Greece. Our role as an advertising company was to make this event known and advertise it in a way with the aim of having a great impact on the public. We took great inspiration for this project from our past projects and our general mission, which centers around sustainability and being as environmentally conscious as possible.

Furthermore, we analyzed an article by Interbrand titled “Acts of Leadership”, which consisted of advice for brand leaders and people in general. Some of the advice included was to create movements and a purpose, to be present, to expand possibilities and engender trust, to create relevance and show exceptional leadership. Moreover, a brand can differentiate if it follows steps like: see profit as a resource, pick your battles, think arenas not sectors, be accountable, make moves not campaigns.

Our last project circled around our client “Neaniko” (neaniko.gr), an online store that supplies mainly household items, but also fitness and sports equipment, and many more.The company became officially accessible to the greek consumer market in 2022. Despite the owner’s young age, 18 years old, he set up both the programming and the accounting part himself. Now, neaniko’s members are increasing, adding people up to 23 years old to the team. Neaniko cooperates with people who are composed and have a clear goal in their minds. At the same time, Neaniko wishes its members would have a strong will for self-improvement, as to them it is a journey of experience and knowledge with an end point of innovation and success. These reasons are why our company feld like Neaniko was a great match for us. Our advertising for Neaniko consisted of a blog creation, social media expansion and last but not least Merchandising. For this project, we had the opportunity to get to know the tool called “Miro” in order to make a board with our strategy.
