The Social Butterfly Agency is a startup AD PR agency that emerged from the first lesson of the Introduction to Advertising and Public Relations class taught by Betty Tsakarestou. We are a team of four passionate girls, making our initial foray into the advertising world as students.

Our projects and achievements:

Dove’s Turn Your Back Campaign Analysis: Our first project involved analyzing Dove’s “Turn Your Back” campaign. This gave us invaluable insights into campaign strategies and consumer engagement.

Wings of Balance Campaign for Dove: Building on our analysis, we proposed a new campaign for Dove called “Wings of Balance, Embrace Harmony with Dove.” This campaign suggested further avenues for Dove to explore in their advertising efforts.

Novibet’s 15-Year Anniversary Campaign: Our next project was in partnership with Novibet, where we presented innovative ideas to celebrate their 15-year anniversary.

Campaign Plan for Lean In Organization: Our most significant project to date is a comprehensive campaign plan for the Lean In organization. This campaign aims to promote the organization, with a special focus on their annual meetup, helping to expand their reach and impact.

The Story of the Final Digital Campaign:

Our final digital campaign is crafted for the Lean In organization, a non-profit dedicated to empowering women through community and support. Our web developer and graphic designer, Katerina Serderidi, who has been a member of Lean in network Greece, introduced us with the idea of making a campaign for them right at the start of our team’s creation. We realized right away that Lean in’s vision aligns perfectly with ours and contacted them. That was the beginning of our campaign!

The goal of this campaign is to enhance the visibility and engagement of their annual meet-up. To achieve this, we have set several key objectives: raising awareness of the Lean In organization and its mission, fostering a sense of community to encourage participation in the annual meet-up, and highlighting success stories from women who have benefited from Lean In. Our strategy involves a multi-faceted approach, including a social media blitz across all major platforms to generate buzz and anticipation, collaborating with influencers who resonate with Lean In’s values to broaden our reach, creating interactive content such as polls, Q&A sessions, and live streams to engage the audience, and using data-driven strategies to place targeted ads effectively. The campaign execution will be divided into three phases: pre-event promotion, event engagement, and post-event follow-up. Pre-event promotion will include countdown posts, teaser videos, and influencer shout-outs. During the event, we will live stream key sessions, provide real-time social media updates, and host interactive Q&A sessions with speakers. After the event, we will post thank you messages, highlight reels, and recap videos, and conduct surveys for feedback and future improvements. To support this campaign, we will create eye-catching visuals, a detailed content calendar, and an analytics dashboard to monitor engagement and adjust strategies in real-time. By blending creativity with strategic thinking, our campaign for the Lean In organization aims to create meaningful connections and drive significant engagement, embodying the mission and values of the Social Butterfly Agency.
