STARBUCKS: The secret behind success

As one of the presentations we had to present in the course was for one of the leading companies on the planet and our team decided to deal with Starbucks as we had a lot to discover and learn about this company. It is the dominant company in the coffee genre, with over 30,000 stores worldwide.
Starbucks is pre-standard in the coffee area, as they have adapted their menu so that customers can find it from rare varieties of coffee from all over the world to various beverages that impress customers. Also, the company has gained the trust of customers by creating a personal relationship with them by writing the name of the customers in the coffee cup. Additionally, the coffee shops are a pleasant place, with relaxing music and a beautiful atmosphere, where customers can enjoy coffee with their company or even read in the area, as it a calm environment that allows it.
Besides, Starbucks has respect for its customers and their needs and strives to adapt them according to the seasons. Therefore the menu of the stores is remodeled accordingly and offers the best possible services to customers to experience the Starbucks experience. But the company is trying to build a customer-friendly face and have a positive impact on them. That’s why he’s trying to create an Eco-friendly program, as he promotes multipurpose glasses and tries to contain plastic. Additionally informs customers about environmental issues and tries to awaken customers about environmental issues. It is a company that makes an effort, with the influence it has acquired, to have a positive impact on customers to take an interest in environmental issues.

The company owes responsiveness to many factors. Initially, it has had a lot of impact on the course of the company that it is addressed to the generation of millennials, who have more requirements and wish to combine good coffee with other activities in a friendly and calm environment. Also, Starbucks stores are positioned in many central locations, where the customer has easy access, such as airports. Also, the company has created beverage combinations such as pumpkin spice latte and iced matcha latte, which differentiate Starbucks’ menu from ordinary coffee shops and put them on top of consumer preference.
But what differentiates Starbucks and makes each visit a unique experience, are the benefits it offers its customers. The variety of products is one of these factors, as a wide variety of drinks at various prices, so that all customers enjoy it. Moreover, they offer customers their own choices so that they can create the drink they want themselves, having total control. Also, they offer free refills in case of an extended visit to the coffee shop, with cold or hot tea and coffee. In this way, the visit tο the coffee shops becomes more economical if the visitor needs to make an extended visit.

Starbucks is the world’s largest chain of coffee shops for many reasons. The company has managed over the years to build the name of the company and build one of the strongest companies in the world. It has gained the trust of millions of customers worldwide and continues to evolve continuously using new media and services, which make it stronger.
