The general customer service of Youth Unity.

Youth Unity: a networking platform which aims to connect students from all around the world.

During our Ab Discovery and Creativity Lab, me and my fellow teammates created in a piece of paper the customer relationship management and the general customer service of our platform, Youth Unity.

First of all, we divided the whole process into 4 stages. The first stage was a potential problem, which was that a user A from Nice, France wished to communicate with students from Thessaloniki, Greece through our platform, Youth Unity. The second stage was that our app provides students A and B A global network of communication through its website. Furthermore, stage three was that user A wanted to communicate via video call. So, our platform provides to the users with a variety of communication tools such as, chatrooms, video calls and voice calls. Lastly, the forth stage was the solution of our potential problem. Youth Unity connects students A and B and now both sides are able to communicate and exchange their academic ideas in whichever way they like.

What is more, we made a digital prototype of what we depicted in the paper. That would help, of course, our future users to understand better what our platform provides them. Last but not least, we created a draft website, in which people could sign in, in order to show it to potential users and see what their feedback was and if they would use a platform like Youth Unity. In this website we included the main goal of our app, some of our projects, our general services and information about how to communicate with us.

All in all, this digital prototype and the draft website helped us to promote, in a way, our app and see how people reacted on it. The good thing is that many university students had positive things to say about Youth Unity.
