The Power AD Girls, the competition and the name of the application.

This article was created in order to evaluate our journey as a start-up team , from creating a main idea of a website until we finally made it real.

To begin with, TRISTEApp is a website aiming at people with daily and chronically psychological problems,with the help of online psychologists in a very affordable price(https://medium.com/@LCharitonidis/the-tristezapp-website-2fe842397add)

A move forward to our project .After our first meeting was to finally find a name for our brand.So we gathered in a cafe once again and got down to business:

The name of our app was decided to be “TRISTEZApp”,a combination of the Spanish word “tristeza”(which means sadness) and the English word “application”. We had to focus on how we would attract the people and a name that was exactly what this application was about had to be found;and of course, that was it!

In the same meeting we came across some applications that offerred the same services as us.Our competitors were many applications concerning psychological therapy that give solutions to such problems. However, none of these applications offered live sessions ,like ours,with a professional therapist and that is for sure a great advantage for “TRISTEZApp”.

To sum up, our meet up was quick and effective.Our brainstorming was really useful and we managed to find a name that suited to all five expectations.
